Revised.... went back and although I gave them the benefit of the doubt last time... this place needs a service adjustment. We were literally the only table in the whole place. A couple of regulars were bellied up during the Packer game. Our waitress was horrible. While she hung out and was texting and pretending to look at something work related, I served my table for her. Got our beers. Got our napkins. Got our utensils. Just short of making and serving our own food. Now I know why it was a ghost town at 7 on a Saturday night. I hope someone can bring some sort of quality of service to this waste of a magnificent building on Balsam Lake.June 21, 2016
